Worked with reps across North America selling trench drains. Designed layouts ensuring proper drainage and that load requirements were met. Utilized Bluebeam & AutoCAD for design. Quoted every project, as well as order entry when needed. Created custom fabrication drawings for in-house manufacturing. Solely handled quality control for department. Created several installation guides for each product line, showcasing methods of installation varying from encasing drain in concrete, to waterproof membranes on decks.

●Came up with numerous implementations and ideas to save money, while increasing efficiency. For example, the company originally used large plotters to print every plan that was sent in.
