Quoted every project, as well as order entry when needed. Created custom fabrication drawings for in-house manufacturing. Solely handled quality control for department. Created several installation guides for each product line, showcasing methods of installation varying from encasing drain in concrete, to waterproof membranes on decks.

●Learned every role in my department within weeks of starting, which helped the team stay on or ahead of schedule for projects. Broke previous sales record numerous times and became fastest growing department in the company.

●Came up with numerous implementations and ideas to save money, while increasing efficiency. For example, the company originally used large plotters to print every plan that was sent in. I suggested Bluebeam PDF Software, which allowed the user to measure on the file itself vs. printing and using traditional scale. Far less time wasted, and far less money spent.
