Preparation the Bill of Material as per the proposal G.A drawing.

Maintain work order, Cutting Plan, dispatch register.

Preparation of Monthly Orders in Hand, production Plan, Dispatch plan

Project Scheduling & Monitoring

To cross check the availability of the material for the prepared B.O.M with reference to the Stock statement& Raise indent for non availability of materials

Preparation of Cutting plan using the Software Optimik & joining details for fabrication

Issue of materials for the sub-process such as perforation, machining etc.,

Handling of Various projects simultaneously – meeting delivery as per Schedule

Preparation of packing list and monitoring the dispatch

Production completion plan of Weekly, Monthly & Monthly report preparation

Follow up of Project Schedule and identifying the Critical Path area and item causing concern on the critical path and taking corrective measures to avoid the same.

Prepared cutting plans will be nested in Omni win CAD
