Position: Business Operations Executive.
Responsibilities:
(a)Administration.
Coordinate ofce activities and operations to ensure efciency and compliance to company policies and requirements.

Ensuring the trucks have a correct and valid calibration chart and prepare meter cards to allow trucks to load the product.
Taking product dips once the trucks have loaded the product.
Taking periodic temperature values for the tanks as well as reading and taking the tank dips at LPG.
Taking the weights of trucks loading the LPG product before and after loading and print a weigh bridge ticket for each truck after loading product.
Conducting a stock-take of gas cylinders at LPG and preparing stock reconciliations for the same.
Ensuring that resellers of gas cylinders have packed the same number of stock as listed on the product order.
