Reviewing of design drawings, bill of quantity and tender specifications related to the project.

Preparation of Material approval schedule and working drawing schedule as per project requirements.

Preparation of Material approval submittal to comply with the project specifications and other standards in coordination with the Purchase officer.

Provide technical input to the drafting team for preparing the working drawings as per the project requirements.

Attending technical meetings with the client and consultant engineer for the project related works.

Attending progress review meetings with the client and consultant representatives.

Coordination with planning engineer for preparing the construction programme.

Preparation of budget and cash flow as per the project in coordination with quantity surveyor.

Preparation of monthly expense of the project and compare the monthly cost with monthly billing and cash flow

Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to the engineering standards and specifications.

Provide engineering related support, review and coordination with the site execution team to ensure that the quality expectations are properly met during the construction.

Review project field reports on a monthly basis.

Coordination with the Supplier/manufacturer/Subcontractor for successful completion of the project.

Preparation & Review of Operation maintenance manuals for submission.

Preparation and review of As built drawings for submission.
