About Project:

Project Name: Assam Renewal Project – Group A

End User : Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC). Project Details: Crude oil & Natural gas exploration project with its highest standards. The process includes revamping of existing installations & complete set up of new installations utilizing advance technology. The installation includes Group Gathering Stations (GGS), Gas Compression Plant (GCP), Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), Water Injection Plant (WIP) & Central Tank Farm (CTF).

Role & Responsibilities:

Erection and Calibration (HART & Foundation field bus) of Field Instruments.

Commissioning of Pressure, Flow, Level and Temperature Transmitters, Thermocouples, RTDs, Pneumatic control valves and SOV as per P&ID & Hook up Diagram and ABB DCS & ESD-AC 800M Hardware commissioning activities.

Online Calibration and troubleshooting of Radar type, Displacer type & Ultrasonic Level Transmitters using 475 Field Communicator, Calibration of Pressure switches.

Bench calibration of all types of transmitters like that pressure transmitters and pressure gauge and dp type level transmitters and pressure switch and differential pressure transmitters and temperature transmitters.

End user: SHELL INDIA MARKETS PRIVATE LIMITED

Role & Responsibilities:

Calibration (HART) of Field Instruments.

Commissioning of Pressure, Flow, Level and Temperature Transmitters, Thermocouples, RTDs, coriolis flow transmitter and 4wire,2wire,3wire instruments, Pneumatic control valves and SOV as per P&ID & Hook up Diagram and DELTAV, DELTAV SIS EMERSON process management Hardware commissioning activities.

Online Calibration and troubleshooting of Radar type, Ultrasonic Level Transmitters using 475 Field Communicator, Calibration of Pressure switches, level switch,rotameter,nucleonic gauges.

Bench calibration of all types of transmitters like that pressure transmitters and pressure gauge and dp type level transmitters and pressure level and flow switch and differential pressure transmitters and temperature transmitters, RTD,TC.

Good process knowledge of HYDROCARBON Field.

Experience in the verification of Detailed Engineering Documents includes Instruments Tag list.

Instruments and JB Location Layouts, Instrument Cable Trench and Tray Layout, Instrument cable schedule, Process Block Diagram (PBD), Loop Diagrams & Panel Wiring Diagrams live calibration,troubleshooting.
