WORK HISTORY:

DIVERSIFIED ELECTRICAL SOULTIONS- January 2020- present

Superintendent

Completed a 5 story parking garage with Austin Commercial for Texas instruments. Oversaw the scheduling of DES employees as well as subcontractors. Was responsible for meeting the deadlines and ensuring workflow and completion dates were met. Ordered material submitted time sheets change orders and daily reports as required and needed. Managed up to 30 men on this project.

Overseeing a 8 story project at the Dallas records building. This project is a distribution only job. Maximum men will be 12 as we progress. Responsible for ensuring Buss duct and switchgear are installed meeting specs, schedule and budget.

FSG ELECTRICAL - September 2019- January 2020

Superintendent

Oversee the planning, implementation and completion of the Fondern Lab electrical project at SMU as well as the Dallas Country Club indoor Tennis Court. Supervise 4 employees at the Lab and two on the underground stage of the tennis court electrical project. Currently the job’s estimated cost is 1.5 million between both projects, and projected to be 20 million. Responsible for examining plans, daily reports, scheduling, manpower, cost management, ordering materials, change orders, safety, and employee time management while working to ensure that the contractors terms are fulfilled.

Ran a seven story Historical Site restoration for UNT-Dallas - Supervised 27 men to complete; Electrical, Fire Alarm, Data, Security and AV on a historical site. $4.5 Million project

Cummings Electrical (Feb. 2017 – June-2018) Fort Worth, TX.

Superintendent

Stream Data Center- Ran Data Center core and shell new construction. Installed Duct bank for OCOR and Fiber utilities. Installed branch wiring for shell. Provided QAQC daily reports layout drawings, as built and progress drawings. $1.8 million project.

SWA Flight Simulator Campus- completed install on time $16 million project

Verizon- 7 story parking garage $750, 000 project

Project Manager / General Superintendent –Responsibilities included spec review, plan reviews, estimating, bid submittals, openings, acquiring submittals, releasing material/fixtures and gear for on time delivery to jobsite. Coordinating underground, layout and job startup

Chicksaw Nation Medical Centers- two locations- $2 million each, Schools, Fire Station the OSU Campus and parking garages

Responsible for project startup thru closeout. Duties included coordination of Submittal Process, Pre-construction, securing manpower, supervising multiple foremen (5-10). Coordinate RFI's and change orders with the General Contractors Project Manager and our Estimator and manage profits, and project billing. Projects range from $100,000 to $5,000,000. Total crews ranged from 10 to 70 employees.

Ran two $1,000,000 to $2,000,000 jobs. Was responsible for start up to close out of each job after the handoff meeting. Requested manpower as needed. Generated RFI's and needed. Initiated change orders if a task was out of our scope of work. Made sure schedule that was presented was being met. Ensure safety measures were upheld. Ordered material as need for projected work. Oversee installation is completed according to plans and specs.

Ran jobs from $50,000 to $700,000. Working Foreman responsible for startup to completion of several jobs. Jobs were commercial projects at various locations and at OSU. Made sure schedules were met, materials was on hand and RFI were answered so we could complete our work. Ran a crew of 3 to 10 men. Also ran service work as needed. Trained apprentices and needed.
