Since Feb’2018 to Feb’21 worked with Tata Motors Ltd., Lucknow as a Supplier Quality Engineer.

Job Responsibilities -

Development of all trucks & busses new parts (Casting, Forging) as per design/spec and procure their parts till the commercialized.

Localized outsource parts on Local supplier and trial on Vehicle (ILCV Trucks and Busses).

Process improvement on supplier product line for TML parts.

PPAP closed of all new parts as per given timelines.

Analysis of Quality problems and co-ordinating with Suppliers for implementation of POKA-YOKE.

Responsible for Production and Procurements of Parts in Time.

Responsible for procurement as per requirement and also adhere to scheduling until the part transfer to SCM.

GVK EMRI

Fabrication Inspection of all NRHM Vehicles before dispatch.
