Supported Ogero corporate customers who own xDSL/fiber subscriptions.

- Managed a project of migrating all Paradyne DSLAMs to Zhone MXKs, Active Cabinets or FTTCs.

- Followed up with technology providers to solve DSLAM/ONT/modem firmware bugs

- Managed fixed public IP subnet assignments

- Debugged customers' issues and provide solutions. Problems root causes were due to physical, conflicts, routing, network layout, hardware-related issues, etc.

- Tweaked and supported worldwide V.92/V.90 PSTN modem designs for top-tier PC OEM clients.

- Debugged OEM’s field-return failing boards. Appropriate tests were implemented at the device production test and/or Manufacturing functional test levels to catch such failures

- Made changes to OEM modem designs to reduce the number of damaged boards due to lightning surges

- Used proprietary software debug tools to determine the source of modem problems

- Traveled to customers to present and discuss the technical aspects of the latest available and future modem solutions

- Attended daily conference calls to monitor projects’ progress and track open issues

- Responsible for reviewing and ensure meeting customers’ Product Requirement Specs

- Designed the speakerphone circuitry to improve performance and meet the required SNR and THD levels

- Monitored the board layout, to ensure compliance with the FCC part 15B, Part 68 and DOC requirements as well as to avoid crosstalk and noise coupling

- Cost optimized the BOM (Bill of Material)

- Used PVCS to archive and merge the LCD messages with the latest firmware version
