I was worked as a junior engineer in SHYAM DRI POWER Ltd, Sambalpur in Coal

Washery (175 t.p.h, H.M cyclone washery) process from September 2008 to may 2011.

Operating of PLC.

Operating of SIZZER Machine.

Maintaining the density as given.

Looking Washery (Thickner, belt-press, magnet seprator,1stage cyclone,2nd stage cyclone, different tanks etc) & RMHS(Rotary-braker,Duble roll crusher,jaw crusher, vibrating screen, flee-flow screen)

I was worked as an Asst Engineer in SMC POWER GENERATION Ltd, Jharsuguda in, RMHS (125 t.p.h Barrel washery) process Department from June 2011 to August 2013.

Now I am working as an Junior Managerin BHUSHAN POWER & STEEL Ltd, Sambalpur in BENEFICIATION RMHS Division from October 2013 to till now.

Looking after preventive maintenance and attending break down.

Maintenance of equipments like conveyor belts, vibrating screens,vibro feeders, idlers rollers,pulleys,all type of coupling, barrel reclamer,Twin boom stacker. Truck tippler.

Planning and maintenance job for the next day.

Interaction with H.O.D. regarding spare parts and consumables.

Implementing of Lubrication Schedule. Make proper housekeeping in equipment area as well as yard.

To provide all the necessary tools & tackles and lifting equipment’s for technicians as per requirement of job.

To take necessary safety precautions during attending of all maintenance work.

Make proper record of all preventive maintenance, general shift maintenance and breakdown maintenance work.

Analyzing breakdowns, tripping and major variance in the performance level and organizing to bring back to normally and taking countermeasure to avoid breakdown.

Maintain bunker level of beneficiation department.

Properly blending of iron ore fines.
