traditional drinks in the hills of Kalingpong e.g.: Chaang, Rakshi, Tongba etc. Making cocktails
and using local ingredients, using Modern
concepts and ideas to improvise the local drinks.
Smoke Saga Cocktail menu (2016)
Cocktails menu project using smoke as the base
of the cocktails, balancing the cocktail with the
different mist of smoke with incomprehensible
result. This concept changed everything I was
acknowledged. The cocktails are served in Zen
till date.
