Instrumentation & Control

Shutdown Activities in field Inspection and Supervision. Job for Related Area. Regarding Drawing & Document and activities.

Preparing drawings & documents required for implementing instrumentation related jobs as database management, field instrumentation, control systems, package interfaces.

Reviewing system design and documents prepared by the respective design engineers and conducting verification of drawings and documents done by the design engineers.

Prepare the Instrument Panel Termination details from Design document for DCS (EMERSON, Schneider), ESD (HIMA, ROCWELL) and FGS (Rockwell) system for Field cable termination based on System Input output Schedule.

Construction activities & Responsibilities:

I reviewed the all drawings those are related to process Instrument & F&G and Communication works like P&ID, LAYOUT, TIPICAL, ILD, TERMINATION Diagram, CABLE schedule and Instrument Wiring etc.

Megger testing, Continuity testing, Cable laying, glanding, termination, from control room to the field site.
