I am responsible for all maintenance duties here as I am the only tech.

I do all apartment turnovers, painting, groundskeeping, preventative maintenance as well as schedule carpet cleaning and repairs that need to be tended to by an outside vendor. I work together with my property manager to coordinate events here at the property and handle all after hours calls.

I was responsible for apartment turnovers as well as preventative maintenance. I helped with repairing and replacing HVAC units. I was responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the property as well as keeping track of the trash at our dumpster area. I cleaned the pool every morning as well as opening and closing of the pool in the time I lived on the property.
