●Maintaining of documents like: Loading plan sheet & Pre-treatment sheet inspection check sheet and preventive maintenance.

●Well conversed with quality improvement systems like FIFO, 6S, 4M, 3R, OEE, kaizen,poka yoka, jag & fixtures knowledge.

●Maintenance of spray booth equipment (spray gun, flow control value, color changing value & paint Mixing, Color making )

●Process parameter in paint Shop setting for spray booth (temperature, humidity, down drafty velocity ) & trouble shooting.

●Responsible for paint Shop quality Lab testing performing tests like Xylene Rubbing Test & Adhesion Test etc. DFT, Hardness test, Colour matching.

●Air filter handing ( air supply unit, air handing spray booth,de dusting room .

●PT tanks pointage checking with titration then dosing tank by chemical as per standard.

●Robot and Reciprocator operating & program and data setup and normal teaching .

●Shift Report and MSQCD and inspection paint quality check sheet responsibility.

●focus on achievement of production target.

● Handling Customer Complaint & quality issues.

●Conduct Meeting with supplier for continue improvement and quality related concern.

● Responsible for Conducting Trail for new New paint batch & model.

● To conduct Internal Audits, Paint Shop Process and Product Audit As per Schedule.Skills:

Education Qualification:

● ITI (mechanical Ref. and Air conditioning) passed from Rajasthan Board Jodhpur in 2008-73.%.

● High School Passed from Rajasthan Board of Ajmer in 2006-65%.

Training:

Fire Safety & Paint thinner safety & Quality Issue training to the Operator, Quality Inspector,& Helper of painting booth.

Complete many training in shop floor like.EMS and safety training.
