Was responsible for all general duties with strong emphasis on customer service as was a permanent switchboard operator. Performed general administrative, checking of reports and data. Able to handle cash quickly and accurately as well as simultaneously tend to customers as was a teller doing deposits with notes and coin. Have attained cash handling skills. Performed the same duties mentioned as above in a multi skilled role just add to actioning of data reports, high risk data, any other data changes done on customers profile ensuring that the correct data changes were done, and proper verification process was conducted. One a monthly basis testing the alarm system in the bank to ensure all signals alarm signals are in working order. Was also the relief for the operations manager when on annual leave or off sick?

Same duties were performed when I was in this role previously only change was that I should relieve staff in the surrounding area branches such as FNB Musgrave, Overpert, Florida Road, when in need, assisting customers on digital platforms.

I have great knowledge and developed skills to perform any task given to me to the best of my ability. Planning is vital to me as it makes the organization more productive, I am a person who can make decisions when it comes to the organization if it is within the companies’ policies and procedures.
