Looking for ELV/Fire protection /Installation & maintenance Engineer OBJECTIVE

AREAS OF EXPERTISE

Application Engineering (ELV/low current system such as Fie alarm system, gas detection system, fire suppression system, public address & voice evacuation system.

Testing & commissioning, project close – out.

Firefighting & fire suppression system for maintenance & rectification of deluge system, pre action system, automatic foam & water spray system and clean agent system.

Managing activities right from the conceptualization stage to the execution; involving finalization of technical specifications, procurement, vendor development, scheduling, progress monitoring, site management and manpower planning

Establishing project review, monitoring and status reporting procedures to accurately report progress of the project to the stakeholders and end user clients

Coordinating projects for the set up standards with accountability for strategic utilization & deployment of available resources to achieve organizational objectives

Reviewing the engineering / design changes & resolving quality related problems associated with design & cost estimates.

EMPLOYMENT DETAILS

Since Aug 2018 in Aduba Safety System - Abu Dhabi (UAE) as Project Engineer -ELV

Responsible for Testing, Inspection and Maintenance of Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting systems, CCTV, BMS, Public addressable system, VES, Central battery system, fire pump system, sprinklers system, fire suppression systems.

Responsible for installation of Fire alarm system, Fire Fighting system, fire suppression system.

Accountable for:

Installation of fire alarm & Fire Fighting systems as per NFPA Standards and meeting the requirements of civil defense.

Marketing(Having good relation with most of the clients which leads to more project opportunities )

Preparing material technical submittals as per the project specifications.

Executing appropriate & effective sourcing strategies in the areas of materials, supplies

& services.

Organizing & participating in conferences with suppliers, purchasers and inspectors to facilitate material inspection, substitution, standardization and economical procurement of parts & equipment

Analyzing the materials including material costs & adequate supply source

Carrying out the investigation of new materials/technologies/suppliers when appropriate

Participating in the meeting with client representatives
