PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES

Currently I am working as a Project Fire Fighter in Makkah Royal Clock Tower (Hotel & Restaurant) with Al-Borj International for Operational and Maintenance since 2016.

Job Responsibilites:

Respond to emergency calls, pre-alarms and fire alarms with top priority, in speed and efficient manner within 3 minutes

During fire incidents lays and connects hose, holds nozzles, and directs water streams, raises and climbs ladders, operates fireman lift, uses extinguishers and other fire equipment and performs firefighting activities including operating fire apparatus, and performing fire suppression techniques.

Responding quickly to unforeseen circumstances or non-emergency calls as they arise.

Provides search and rescue in various forms such as evacuation processes.

Follow standard evacuation procedure to remove occupants safely, in the project and only use emergency elevators during emergency.

Provides first responder actions to medical emergency. Hazardous materials and trapped person case.

Undertaking drills and physical training and taking part in training on techniques, use of equipment and related matters, maintaining the level of physical fitness necessary to carry out all the duties of a fire fighter.

Adheres to assigned work schedule as outlined in the department and obey the Project Fire Chief instructions.

Three years Experience as a Fire Supervisor at Hilal Food (Pvt) Ltd, Pakistan, From April 2013 to April 2016.

One year Experience as a Fire Fighter in Jang news building (Pvt) Ltd, Karachi, Pakistan, form Nov 2011 till Dec 2012.

Job Responsibilites:

Always stay alert and ready for action in short notice for any emergency alarm or fire call.

Administer first aid treatment for victims affected.

Perform daily patrols to check fire hazards; fire obstructions issue and inform project Fire Supervisor.

Works under directions of Project Fire Supervisor.

Inspecting and maintain the fire and safety appliances and equipment for readiness.

Assisting in the testing of fire hydrants and checking emergency water supplies.

Follow all safety and fire procedures including wearing proper safety and fire gear and equipment.

Requires the ability to record and deliver information to supervisors and officials; to explain procedures and policies, and to follow verbal and written instructions guidelines and objective.

Report any malfunctioning equipment to Project Fire Supervisor according to the daily checklist.

Record and report injuries, accidents and dangerous incidents to Project Fire Supervisor.

Observe the rules of wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), safeguard machinery usage, and fall protection from high rise working.

Cleaning up and recheck incident site after investigation is completed.

Remember all emergency exit locations, assembly points, tower bridges level for smooth evacuation process.

Remember important phone numbers (eg. emergency, hospitals, security etc.) for useful assistance.

Support in managing and controlling the flow and movement of crowd in times of emergency while remaining calm at all times.

Maintain friendliness composure when dealing with the public.
