Motivation
I am a competent and goal orientated young lad who is hard working and committed. I matriculated in 2015 and furthering my education at Varsity College doing only first year of Higher Certificate in Human Resources Management Practice. I enrolled in a programme at Whizzkids United in 2018, which empowers unemployed youth and make them employable. As part of the programme curriculum, I was transferred to an internship at Express Employment Professionals in January 2019. My objective as a self-driven lad is to not only be part of an organisation but be an asset to that specific organisation.

Communication skills- I can communicate with different people in a respective manner and polite manner and I can say this is my work strength as I have most experience in this as relating to the positions and job duties I have.
Typing Skills- Most of my experience required a use of computer therefore, I frequently using the device enhanced my skill.
Facilitation Skills- When I was in Whizzkids United, I was responsible to facilitate children with their homework and monitor the use of the library as to how the children use the facility.
Team leadership- During my time at Whizzkids United I was the one responsible to make sure that the preparations for events are making progress and was also responsible to report feedback to our Co-ordinator.
Multi-tasking skills- I can do many things at once, I handle the switchboard while uploading information on the databases and doing reference check-ups in my current positions, but I always meet the deadline.
Pay attention to detail- I have written a lot of Invitation and Sponsorship letters to organisations for events during my time at Whizzkids United.
Good Telephone Etiquette- Most of my experience required a need to use the phone e.g., Invitations, sponsors, enquiries.
Good organizational skills- When planning events at Whizzkids United we had to work with a lot of different people hence patient and persistent was required Certificates/Achievements

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
The Front Office Coordinator (FOC) is generally the first contact that any person visiting an Express office has and, in most cases, is the foundation upon which the person’s overall impression of Express is based. It is the FOC’s responsibility to answer telephones, greet visitors, administer employment forms, administer skills evaluations, monitor the office’s appearance, and participate in achieving the overall goals of the office.
Create a positive first impression for all in-person, telephone, and electronic inquiries.
Welcome all applicants and visitors promptly with a warm greeting.
Answer all telephone calls by the third ring. All contacts with office should be handled in a professional and courteous manner.
Determine callers’ needs and answer their questions, resolve issues, or route calls, as necessary.
Document 100% of Inquiry Calls in the automated system.
Review and respond to all online applications daily.
Document applications and related contact information in the Express automated system in an accurate and timely fashion.
Manage applicant flow and assist with recruiting efforts.
Review applicants for possible fit with open Job Orders and coordinate setting up interviews with Staffing Consultants.
Maintain a ratio of scheduled interviews to interviews completed as close to 100% as possible, ensuring applicants are interviewed and processed efficiently.
