Furst Properties I was hired as Chief Engineer responsible for the maintenance of 7 Class A properties in the Scottsdale Air Park area. (Aprox. 1 Million TSF) Responsibilities included managing a team of 4 engineers of varying experience. During these years I replaced 4 cooling towers, many package heat pumps and pumps, motors, etc. I also Installed/upgraded new Energy Management Systems in all 7 properties. I also upgraded Fire Panels in 5 of the 7 the buildings. I oversaw all aspects of the maintenance at these properties. I was also responsible for developing both the R&M budget and the Capital Improvement budget for all these properties individually. I also developed a 3 year maintenance projection. I worked closely with all contractors to maintain code, i.e. Switchgear, Fire Life Safety, Tenant Improvement construction.

2007-2009

Development Services Of America I was hired as a Project Manager with this Real Estate Branch of a nation wide food service industry. I was responsible for the inspection of food distribution centers throughout the country including Alaska. Included were suggestions for Preventive Maintenance programs and 1 and 3 year projections. I also oversaw the development of a 500 acre ranch in Arizona.

2003-2007

Trammell Crow I was the Senior Chief Operating Engineer overseeing a 1.7 million portfolio, overseeing 28 employees. Again I was responsible for all aspects on maintenance, budgeting and code compliance.

1999-2001

Kennedy Wilson Properties I was Chief Engineer at 2 properties in Phoenix. I had a crew of 2 men and carried out the maintenance and budgeting of these properties.
