SKILLS & ABILIITIES: I am an LPN and have been for over 35 years, where I have done and seen any things in my career. I am CPR
certified and it is good for 2 yrs. I have been an LPN preceptor and worked with student externs doing their clinical hours to graduate, which all that I worked with Christiana Care hired right after graduation. They have started a new program at work with the LPN doing ER visit follow up calls within 24 hrs and scheduling follow up appointments. I also have re- started being a nurse preceptor, with all the new people needing signed off on med adminstritration and skills.
