Responsible for well drilling, well completion, update work instruction and supervise the drilling implement.

Ensure that appropriate well control measures are taken including training of personnel in well control and all pertinent well data is maintained and reported.

Prepare the 12 hrs instructions for the driller and companies services.

Attend daily planning calls with supervisors from various parties.

Update forecast and planned activity to anticipate resource requirements to meet well demands and provide optimum efficiency of services.

Supervise and inspect the property of mud & completion fluid, Supervise and inspect the quality of mud material.

Prepare detailed procedures for specific operations (i.e., running casing, cementing, etc.), including technical and operational calculations as relevant to the well- or rig-site operations

(e.g., casing volume.)

Actively promote new technologies, new processes, and new materials, improve construction efficiency, and shorten the drilling and completion cycle.

Ensure that operations are conducted to prevent the risk of well control, stuck pipe, and any other project and operational risks.

Prepare and ensure material and equipment requests are issued in a timely manner to avoid disruption of operation.

Organize and lead brief and debrief safety and operations meetings that are related to well operations.

April to April 2016:

Responsible for providing immediate and effective solutions for operational continuity, equipment malfunctions, and other onsite problems.
