Experienced engineering professional with over 13 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Thorough understanding of full lifecycle assessment gained through field related multidisciplinary roles. Accomplished Project Manager with clear communication skills and a willingness to solve complex technical issues resulting in positive impact to the project bottom line. Creative, action-oriented, seeking to collaborate with team members and stakeholders, while nurturing positive relationships.

KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS

● Process Improvement and Innovation: Developed an application software that streamlined management of change (MOC) requests from operations. The app instantaneously engaged subject matter experts to field concerns. This saved more than 2,000 hours of annual employeetime and provided more effective process engineering solutions.

● Engineering Technical Authority: As-built and authenticated key process documentation (P&IDs, PFDs, Process Control Philosophy, and Design Basis) for 37 processing facilities. This led to the continued operation of these assets, which were at risk of regulatory shutdown.

● Stakeholder Engagement: Led a project that determined the appropriate water strategy for a $30 billion LNG megaproject off the coast of North East British Columbia. This resulted in a mutually beneficial agreement between the project and public stakeholders.

● Process Safety Management: Championed the corporate wide MOC program at Tervita corporation. Managed a multi-disciplinary team that provides engineering solutions to more than 100 processing facilities. Received recognition for reducing the company’s total recordable injury frequency (TRIF) by more than 50%.

● Technical Creativity: Developed a patent that reduced hydraulic fracturing operating costs by approximately $10 million per well pad.
