Facilities Engineer/Project Manager

Performed assessments on plant equipment and utility infrastructure for multiple sites and buildings operated by Northrop Grumman at Plant 42 and maintained a comprehensive Risk Assessment utilized for a three-year capital expenditure plan.

Interfaced with and collaborated with the USAF Supervising Engineer for Plant 42 to develop and implement the annual site plan to rehabilitate, replace and upgrade critical equipment and infrastructure.

Interface between Northrop Grumman Corp. and the USAF at Wright Patterson Air Force Base to implement the Facilities Lease Contract and ensure all contractual requirements are met including FAR, DFAR, UFC’s, AFI’s, ETL’s and other codes for the maintenance and upkeep of government owned equipment and buildings including site utilities.

Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

Directed and oversaw the efforts of a multi-discipline maintenance crew which consisted of electricians, maintenance mechanics, plumbers, HVAC technicians, NC technicians and overhead crane mechanics. The work included preventative maintenance, repairs and emergency response.
