Roles & Responsibilities

Assisting site in charge for resource mobilization.

To forecast Interior false ceiling, Granite, Tiles, Cement, Sand and monthly building materials requirement.

Monitoring and understanding the QUALITY & EHS aspects.

Conducting Preliminary site survey, fixing benchmarks and final layouts.

Executing the finishing works like granite, tiles, interior and railing, MS fabrication works.

Coordinating with clients & Sub-Contractor’s for Progress of works on Site.

Certifying contractor bills and ensure payments to the contractor.
