Founded in 1903, Harley-Davidson India commenced operations in August 2009 and appointed the first dealership in July 2010. Since early 2011, Harley-Davidson has been assembling motorcycles in India at its CKD (Completely-Knocked-Down) assembly unit at Bawal in Haryana. India is the second country where Harley-Davidson has CKD assembly operations outside the US, after Brazil.

Key Responsibilities
Outbound distribution PAN India- Handle the surge volume of MC from Bawal to all India dealership with affective planning
Import Custom Clearance PAM- Coordination with FF and CHA for the on time delivery of shipment at Warehouse. I have improved on the KPI’s for the all the incoming shipment in India
3PL Management- I Handle the warehouse distribution & cross dock at Mumbai for PAM. Continuous improvement in achieving the target enhances the customer experience.
SPOC for Dealers: Record of RMA (return Merchandise authorization claim with dealership. Quarterly review with dealership on transportation to helps us improve our services.
MIS & Reporting – Monthly review of KPI’s with Service providers for 3PL activity, Vehicle utilization and Custom clearance TAT.
Value Add Service: Support marketing team on all events with on time delivery of Bikes. Support Sales & DD on new opening and support to E com partner with 100% check of shipment and provide additional documents.
