Jan 2020 – Feb 2021

Worked as GRADUATE APPRENTICE TRAINEE at Apollo Tyres Ltd. In Quality Assurance Department.

Studied various stages of tyre production, which includes working of different machines and flow of process.

Visual inspection of the tyres and timely informing the major defects to department heads or supervisors.

Finding the root cause of the defects and rectify it SPC of the machines in the shop floor.

Using the 7QC tools for improving the quality implementation of 5s in the shop floor.
