Key Responsibilities:

Responsible to operate all production assets in a safe and efficient manner, in line with agreed plant Operating philosophies, and in line with current Production procedures and practices.

Carry out day to day operation & maintenance activities of Process & well head Platforms, Multistage Separators, Produce water treatment. Gas Booster compressor, Dehydration Unit (TEG unit), Amine treatment unit, hot oil Unit, Centrifugal/Screw Compressors, Centrifugal / Reciprocating Pumps, Produce water treatment and injection, Well Head Operation, testing of wells through Testseparators& MPFM according to the Oil Availability Review Plans, Oil storage & export, Pigging and utilities’ operations.

Regularly monitoring and logging the process events and operating parameters to keep the process in optimum level in terms of operation and safety. Operating reports and up-to-date logs, work permits near miss and other records.

Carry out routine checks of all rotating equipment Centrifugal/reciprocating pumps, Centrifugal compressor and crude oil export pumps.

Check all Lock open/Lock close (LO/LC, LOTO) valve registers are updated.

Tests all producing wells, and the measurement of gas, condensate/oil and water production on a daily basis.

Execute individual activities according to the schedule / plan as provided.

Taking necessary action to correct or stop any near misses, unsafe act, unsafe conditions and unsafe practices.

Carry out first line maintenance activities on the process plant and utility

Familiar with start up the wellhead & processing plant after long shutdown & emergency shutdown.

Contribute to the Commissioning requirements as a member of the integrated commissioning team prior to start-up..
