ii)Ratnakar Bank Limited (RBL): RBL is one of the clients of CRG and I was deployed here from 11th November onwards mainly due to demonetization coming into the picture there was a sudden requirement of extra Tableau resource in this bank. This bank does its reporting in Tableau and sources of data is basically excel and SQL server.

My main roles and responsibilities here are:

Making Dashboards of daily cash deposited in the bank and compare the deposits to the previous month.

Making Tablet and phone versions of the same dashboards & publishing the same dashboards to the server and scheduling the dashboards according to their importance ranging from 15 minutes of time to 12 hour of time.

Doing Twitter analytics of the RBL bank handle in the twitter, doing sentiment analysis of the customer’s words and expressions. Basically the dashboard included sentiments, reach, best time to tweet & engagement rate as some of the parameters.

Also was a part of the team who made real time cash deposit dashboard.

iii)Sun Pharma: Sun Pharma was the one of the major clients of CRG, I worked there from December till my last day in CRG. It is the largest chronic prescription company in India and a market leader.

My Main roles and responsibility here were:

Taking requirement from the stakeholders from the person who are best in the medicine industry and making the reports according to their needs.

Making workflows in Alteryx & Informatica and testing both the tools for data accuracy.

Project Summary (Agile Based): Brilliant Factory GE’s Brilliant Manufacturing Software Suite, powered by the Industrial Internet, provides critical manufacturing analytics for production efficiency, execution and optimization. The healthcare products(X-ray machine, Surgical equipment etc) which are produced by GE went through certain number of tests and analysis after their production. The data then was saved in Green plum data base after a series of ingestion and ETL process, as a Tableau Developer I analysed that data and created logical dashboard giving useful insights about the products and their parts their efficiency, agility.

My Main roles and responsibility here were:

Developed rich visualisation dashboards using Tableau Desktop etc. and prepared user stories to create compelling dashboards to deliver actionable insights.

Providing support to self-service users to be able to view these reports and also for some of them to re-create the same according to their usage.

Project: General Electric (GE) – Plant Score Card

Domain: Healthcare – Supply Chain.

POC Summary: POC name was Plant Scorecard: In this POC we measured the supply chain's ability to ship on time, based on inventory. Did sentiment analysis of the customer with respect to a particular primary cause.

Analysed the comments the customer gave after not liking the shipped product. Also Calculated SCOT (Shipment-Complete-On-Time) for a product/Item delivered to customer from inventory.

Compared the timeline of ordered VS shipped quantity.

These reports were previously made on excel and customer used to view them on excel based application with its limitations. We implemented and transformed the same in Tableau using Excel and Teradata as the data source.

My Main roles and responsibility here were:

Developed rich visualisation dashboards using Tableau Desktop etc. and prepared user stories to create compelling dashboards to deliver actionable insights.
