Does material take-offs for proposed projects by estimation. Prepares material bills for procurement, based on client data sheets or design drawings. Prepares detail and construction drawings in accordance with drafting standards of YSC or of its clients as applicable. Prepares detailed material bills and changes thereto Identifies the material source in the drawing whenever possible. Reproduces and issues, documents

(Controlled or Reference) for various applications. Receives and handles queries relating to drawings and other issued documents and reports to Drafting Supervisor or Senior Designer. Participates in site surveys to gather information for drafting or bidding purposes. Maintenance and updating of documents and issuance of information for assigned tasks. Checks the documents which are received from Engineering Department and intimate the discrepancies to Drafting Supervisor or Senior Designer. Assume the responsibilities of immediate supervisor in his absence and when required. Train Junior Detailers. Plan, schedule, update and report drafting activities and progress periodically.
