Related to Quality
Understanding customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes and systems.
Documentation of samples received from the customers.
Devising and reviewing specifications for products or processes.
Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements
Approve the right products or reject defectives
Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis
Solicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met
Submit detailed reports to the Management
Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures
Keep up on standards, regulations/laws, issues, and news with respect to product (service) quality.
Report to top management on the performance of the QMS (e.g., results of quality audits, corrective actions), including the need for improvement
Related to ISO/IATF
Ensure that the organization’s Quality Management System conforms to customer, internal, ISO/IATF 16949;2016 and regulatory/legal requirements.
Evaluate production processes for compliance with quality requirements
Carrying out regular internal audits for the respective Unit’s ISO certifications (ISO/IATF 16949;2016)
Monitoring the audit cycle programme to ensure it remains effective and up to date
Producing and submitting a full audit report on each audit undertaken
Ensuring any non-conformities are listed on the appropriate non-conformities log and corrective actions are assigned to the appropriate party
Ensuring all follow-up actions are listed on the appropriate Action plan, and ‘Work In Progress’ comments are provided after an appropriate interval for each action until completion
Conduct follow up audits / checks to monitor non-conformities and ensure other actions are completed
Engaging with continuous knowledge development regarding each certification’s requirements, recommended best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards
