● Having a proper work schedule is very key in the completion of any project. Following it to the latter is also hard as there are various challenges on site given that there are other concurrent tasks being undertaken by other contractors on site. Liaising with the main contractor and other contractors and knowing their schedules saves a lot when it comes to completing your allocated task. Gives you a head start in assigning your available resources wisely.

● Streamlining of the work force is an achievement I am proud of. This was done through preparing a daily work schedule that was shared to all available technicians beforehand so that everyone knows their roles and what they need to close at the end of every day. This saved the company money and projects were also completed during the stipulated timeline

● This role was an eye opener on what is expected of me as an electrical engineer. Which was to design and install electrical system. Use of design software’s and the ability to interpret electrical drawings and be able to implement them on site.

● The systems covered during this training included Variable Speed Drives, Variable Frequency Drives, Programmable Logic Controllers, Packaging systems, Electrical distribution and control systems.

● Occupation Health and Safety in work place
