Responsible for all pipefitting duties this included making isometric drawings, pulling field measurements, fabrication of the piping spools, pulling P&ID’s to verify specs and making material list for completion of piping systems, hydrostatic testing of the pipe spools and installation. Replacing filters, valves and relief valves as needed for maintenance activities. Step up foreman on turnarounds/shutdowns throughout the year. Hosted Safety meetings. Taught rigging, bull rigging, overhead hoist and signal person certification classes.
