Presently working as quantity surveyor at M/S, vaalueplus, Adyar,chennai.

Engineer in charge for the quantity surveyor in cp ramaswamy project, centwin projects for all internal & external worms.

July 2016 – December 2020

Presently, working as Junior quantity surveyor at M/S., MARG Ltd, Chennai.

Engineer In charge for the Billing engineer in NCTPL & Savithanjali, pushkara, kalpavriksha project for all Internal & external works.

Responsibilities.

Preparations of labour contract billing in all site(G+16).

Responsible for study of BOQ (Bill of Quantity) as per the specifications and taking quantities from the drawings.

Preparation and Certification of RA bills.

Material procurement & Material quantity required PO &WO rising.

Preparing daily labour report and weekly progress status for existing projects.

Arriving BBS and taking quantities from the required drawings.

Identification and preparation of extra items.

Bill checking of each contractor and follow up the vendor payment.

Preparation of monthly reconciliation statement of building material.

Checking of EB bills & tracking the accounts team up to payment process.

Preparations of GRN for all contractors’ bills.

Responsible for verification of certified RA bills.

Preparing all billing records and marinating it.

Preparing RA Bills for the Projects (Client and Sub Contractor bills) on Monthly basis.

Getting Approval from the Client.

Providing billing related information/documents to client as and when required.

Arithmetic & technical checking of all bills i.e. Civil, Carpentry, Aluminum

Windows, Finishing, Interior bills, Infrastructure, Plumbing, Firefighting, Electrical work, consultants, & material Invoices etc.

Random Physical checking of bills at site case to case.

To ensure recovery against the rework / faulty work from the contractors as per recommendation from site.

Parking of Bill in SAP system.

Adjusting Advances on pro rata basis as per the contract terms& keeping the record of the same.

Preparing Certificate of Payment.

Getting the Bill authorized and forwarding the same to accounts for payments.

Intimating Planning Engineers regarding amendments in Work orders.

Checking & verifying Quantity take off.

Working Auto cadd files and drafting.

Preparing Estimations for required projects.
