Handing over Catering Facility Building with all functional Mechanical systems such as HVAC, Fire Protection, Plumbing, Drainage and Gas systems. Coordination and management of kitchen special systems of ventilated ceiling, hoods, and kitchen specialist equipment.

Manage and control subcontractors to achieve the target plan and through a proper coordination of shop drawings and during site installation. Maintain awareness of individual responsibilities for safety and quality to meet company standards in safety, environment, and quality.

Review the contract documents and accordingly prepare request for information/clarification for any conflicts and missing information. Review Engineer’s site instruction, comments on Shop drawings, response to RFI’s and coordinate with commercial department for any changes with cost implications. Assist commercial department’s monthly valuation claim to ensure all MEP works carried out are included in the application.

Drafting letters to all concerned parties of the project to clear issues and to reserve company’ rights in all disciplines.

• Fakeeh University Hospital – Dubai (August 2017- January 2019) Managing and executing mechanical services installation and manpower at site for HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing, Drainage, and lifts.

The analysis of works preformed (daily report – monthly report) and the assessment of consequences where needed to enhance the productivity. Liaising with the consultant to raise inspections for materials and work to obtain approvals.

Coordination with construction team to create suitable conditions for work and to avoid discrepancies, according to site conditions and site requirements. Coming up with innovative solution to sort out problems on site. Assist commercial department head with monthly valuation claim to ensure all MEP works carried out are included in the application.

• Upgrade of Junctions at Airport Road (March 2017 – August 2017) Installation of irrigation system for the new road facilities. Removing and re-installing of existing drainage network to match with the intended changes and the new constructions.

Removing and re-locating of street light poles and traffic signals according to the road new arrangement.

Prepare for the inspection and the services to obtain approvals.
