Create design packages for Capital & Expense Projects. Conduct field walk downs of junction boxes, marshalling cabinets and power panels and walk down new project scope as needed for each individual project. Create or update documents and drawings needed for each specific design such as PID’s, instrument loops drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, one-lines, conduit plans, spec sheets, transmittals, bill of materials and other necessary documents. Collaborate with Project Manager, Engineers and construction as needed for each project. Primary person to put together SAP add/change/delete forms that are then uploaded to SAP for the BYO Plant. I&E Design liaison for projects that were awarded to outside engineering firms for completion.

Won an award for Operation Excellence in 2010 for the BYO Document Control Improvement Team that transitioned drawings from Edesk to Documentum. Attended Intools training.

Developed and revised P&ID’s, PDF’s, plot plans & I&E drawings such as loop and wiring diagrams and schematics, focus on I&E for project and MOC’s. Produced intelligent PID’s using multiple smart applications. Collaborated with co-workers to make an in-house smart PID system using and extracting AutoCAD attributes to create databases for P&ID’s.
