Maintained a safe environment based on Title 22 regulations and YMCA of Orange County policy and procedures. Developed and managed operating budget. Managed staff as well as handled recruitment, onboarding and training of staff. Maintained positive and open communication with staff, school and parents.

September 2017- January 2019 May Trucking Co. Salem, OR

OTR Company Driver hauling 53’ reefer throughout the 48 states. Conducted daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment is safe to operate. Followed FMCSA and DOT regulations as well as company policy and procedures. Used an ELD to log HOS worked and certified logs on a daily basis. Accepted dispatch and ensured on time pick up and delivery. Maintained open communication with Driver Manager a company personnel.

January 2019- June 2021 JB Hunt Transport Lowell, AR

Regional Company Driver in the Mid-West for Dedicated Contract Services at the Home Depot RDC. Hauled 53’ dry van in the mid-west states of Illinois, Iowa, Wisconsin, Missouri, Michigan and Minnesota. Delivered freight from Home Depot RDC located in Joliet, IL to Home Depot stores in the service area. Conducted daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the equipment to ensure it is safe to operate. Followed FMCSA and DOT regulations as well as company policy and procedures. Accepted dispatch and ensured on time pick-up and delivery. Maintained open communication with Board Manager/Dispatchers and all company personnel. Was also trained as yard hustler at Home Depot RDC and was readily available to assist in on the yard as needed especially during surge season.
