Professional Experience

I have hands on experience working in an engineering department designing for a sheet metal fabrication and machine shop atmosphere. My last roll with the company, I served as a team leader - project supervisor. I have work experience in several different branches in the company. I have experience troubleshooting equipment, making needed modifications to make it work on the specific job at hand. I have been dealing with customer needs - equipment malfunctions, service replacement parts, electrical control problems, scheduling service calls. I have experience with pasteurizing systems, RO concentrating; spray drying systems, CIP systems SIP systems, various separation techniques, high speed blenders, centrifuges, automatic process valves, modulating process control valves, load cell transducers, flow meters, heat exchangers and related equipment.

I have troubleshooting experience with Motor Control Centers - 480vac - 240vac – 120vac, (VFD’s fractional HP up to 200 HP). Touch Screen control stations, PLC’s, process controllers, PID loop control, temperature sensors, pressure sensors, analytical indicators, conductivity indicators, PH indicators. 4-20ma – low voltage DC - analog control and discrete digital signals. I have extensive experience working with American and Metric forms of measurements. I am accustomed to working in an aseptic or clean - room environments.

I have experience working with Endress Hauser, Rosemount, Thornton, Foxboro, APV, GEA / Thuchenhaugen, Red Lion, Allen Bradley, Square D, WEG, Fisher, and others. I have worked with USDA conducting equipment inspections and entire project approvals.

I have moving and installing equipment experience with crane or forklift. Forklift in the warehouse experience.

I have overhaul experience with positive displacement pumps, triplex pumps,

centrifugal pumps, chemical metering pumps. I have operational experience with chiller systems (ammonia & Freon) - hot water – steam heating systems, thermal oil heating systems. I have fabrication experience - stainless steel process piping fitting, and welding (orbital certified). I have experience researching the correct method to fit the process need at hand. I have experience with Power CADD, Windows Microsoft on PC and Mac/Apple OS. I have machine shop experience, quality control assurance inspection. I have purchasing experience looking for quality, prices, and on schedule delivery times.

I have trade show experience - planning, site sizing, shipping, set-up to final show coordination. I have operation and maintenance manual, development and writing skills. I have good friendly work ethics in working with others to get the job done. I am bilingual English / Spanish. I have a clean driving record.
