My duty is to ensure efficient, professional handling of customers. Duties;

● Attend to customer queries, ensure they are recorded, controlled and expedited, and keep customers advised of the progress made.

● Assist with transfers, forex, stop payment, stop payment, stop orders, deposit book, inventory management, ATM debit cards, assist customers with digital banking

● As G POD Operator, I scrutinize cheques deposited over the counter and capture them.

● Assist with the VAULT- cash handling. If Tellers exceed their limit, we count cash and lock it at the vault. Check the Vault balance after the Tellers finish balancing

● Assist my Supervisor with and other duties. For example: Checking the CCTV, Panic buttons and prepare the CCTV AND Panic button reports.

● Building meaningful relationships with customers.

● Identifying sales opportunities and generating leads.

● Assist DSAs with account opening –Transactional and loan accounts.
