Follow up the QA,QC & HSE implementation.

Follow up the Testing commissioning and Handover of the Project. Design Engineering

Carries out Design/redesign all the Calculations for the complete MEP System.

Good Knowledge in making the Value Engineering.

Planning & Project Execution

Monitoring and controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects; reviewing designs, drawings, specifications, BOQ & modifications required to suit to prevailing site conditions.

Supervising the construction process from the conceptual development stage through final construction, making sure that the project gets done on time and budget.

Monitoring all the Authority Requirements and inspection on time frame as per the contracts. Construction Management

Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output.

Preparing project estimate & tender, finalizing contractors, checking the bills with estimated quantities and purchasing the materials for the site.

Operations Management

Preparing required design/shop/Coordination drawings and material submittals as per approved project plan in liaison with the draftsmen and completing load schedules and all required calculations including all SLDs.

Following international standards like IEC, BS, NFPA,ASHRAE in the projects, liaising with the quality control and HSE departments enforce the quality and HSE policies of the company. Authority Work Approvals

Good knowledge in all the authority work approvals like DEWA,DCD,EMPOWER,ETISALAT,DU,DM,NAKHEEL. ORGANISATIONAL EXPERIENCE
