KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Planning site visits to gather information and deciding scope areas to determine energy use, energy loss and potential energy saving in industrial facilities.

- Site level analysis regarding of energy consumption.

- Study and implementation about the fuel consumption in different industries.

- Performing statistical analysis of self-generation of electricity of industries to find overall system efficiency and fuel cost optimization opportunities

- Compressed air system performance analysis and inspection of key parameters including electrical consumption and airflow leakages survey.

- Inspection of steam boilers w.r.t electrical consumption.

- Lighting system analysis and energy efficient lighting system recommendation.

- Motor performance analysis of processing machines to analyze motor actual running parameters [PF, A, kW, V, kVA, kVAr] for optimum motor sizing.

- Feasibility study of installation of VFD at processing machines and utilities motors for energy conservation.

- Load management & power quality testing (voltage imbalance and total harmonics analysis) at main LT, sub distribution boards and processing machines as per standards

- Inspection of Main LT Panel, PFI Plants.

- Hot spots identifications in electrical circuit.

- Inspection of overall earthing system.

- The analysis and assessment of lighting system in the industry and proposing energy efficient lighting plans.
