Responsible for about $175 million dollars worth of merchandise. I lead a team of about 15 associates. Other tasks include completing cycle counts, tracking and researching inventory discrepancies, completing RTV’s, follow up on inventory requests from the vendors, reslotting product in the warehouse to maximize performance. Research and report damages throughout the facility, following up with operations managers for any inventory related issues. Building a strong rapport with the direct reports to improve morale.
