1. Direct and manage project development from beginning to end 2. Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support Project goals in collaboration with senior management

Managed all the Installation, Testing and Commissioning and Final Handover of Medium Voltage Systems, Low Voltage systems and Low Current System 6. Managed all the Installation of Earthing System, Conduits works, Cable Trays, Cable Pulling, Lighting Fixtures, Wiring devices, All low voltage panel boards, MCC’s, Busways, Automatic transfer switches, UPS, Transformers, MV Switchgears,

Managed all the Low current system (Telephone/DATA, MATV, Access Control System, Fire Alarm system, Nurse Call System, Intercom System, Clock system, Public address system Installation including Conduits, cable pulling, testing and Commissioning with the Suppliers. 8. 9. Managed all the Infrastructural works such as Medium Voltage networks, Low voltage networks, communication networks, Street lighting networks along with external substation works.

10. Complete track of site activities, LC tracking and supplier payments, identifying critical points and solve for closure

11. Attend client / consultants’ meetings and solve points for closure 12. Safety coordination with site management

13. Track the clients invoice according to the work completion and submit for payment

14. Compliance with procedures and legal management 15. Handled and resolved various engineering issues as well as administered as-built drawings, Snag list and start-up turnover packages. 16. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members i.e., project engineer, site manager, site electrical engineers etc. 17. Preparation and finalization of supply request / purchase order for all required equipment / machineries complying with the contract documents. (As per client requirement).

18. Coordinate with all the suppliers for appropriate delivery of materials keeping the view not to delay project

19. Keeping a good relationship with the client and to provide a challenging work progress with full satisfaction of client

20. Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary

21. Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and reporting authority

22. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel 23. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team 24. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path 25. Track project milestones and deliverables

26. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations to the higher management and clients 27. Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas

28. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans

29. Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle
