Collaborative care of high-risk pregnant women in a tertiary care setting. Created and ran UNM's first fetal testing center. I saw a variety of patient's in many settings- inpatient, the diabetes clinic, OB clinic, women's ultrasound and ran the Milagro clinic. The Milagro program is designed to provide prenatal care for women with drug/alcohol issues. I also held a Letter of Academic Title, which allowed me to present to medical students and to physicians and residents at Grand Rounds.
