Professional Experience
Pasco County Planner I (2020-Present) Responsible for long-range policy concerns and land use planning in the Long Range Planning Division.. Work involved project management and interdepartmental coordination to analyze and evaluate Comprehensive Plan Amendments (CPA), Rezoning petitions, Conditional uses and Special Exceptions ensuring current and future proposals align with the future proposals align with visions and goals of Pasco County Comprehensive Plan and strategic planning.
Publix Deli Associate (2018-Present) Responsible to provide superior customer service, rapid response time, anticipate customer needs, and to effectively resolve customer complaints. Recognized for outstanding customer service.
Graduate Student (2018-Present) Community analysis conducted and presented to city officials with proposals to improve land use and zoning policies, infrastructure maintenance, and geotechnical mapping.

Projects
Assessing Development Impacts: Parramore ACE School Zone (2020) - Provided a proposal with recommendations to address safety issues within the Parramore community located in the heart of Orlando. Project included background research of the school zone, analyzing neighborhood inventory, and conducting traffic counts.
Grocery Store Audit and Report (2020) -Conducted a healthy food audit of grocery stores in Winter Park and Holden Heights. Prepared a report with audit results, audit tool analysis, and recommendations for East Central Florida Regional Planning Council.
Joint Interdisciplinary China Planning Studio Shanghai, China (Summer 2019) -Participated in a design studio, with students from Huazhong University of Science and Technology to address real planning issues and come up with suggested solutions. Responsible for leading group that focused on special characteristic aspect of urban design. Design was awarded first place
Urban Design Service Learning Project (2018) - Worked alongside the Mt. Plymouth-Sorrento CRA and Lake County planning staff to develop an Urban Design study and master plan aimed at revitalizing and retrofitting an existing downtown neighborhood into a safe, walkable and connected environment.
