1) What is CTRAC?

Answer: C-TRAC (Career Tracking Resource & Advancement Compass) is a customized tool developed by Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. that provides the opportunity to better engage with, track, and route applicants from their first interaction with the company through the interview process. The vision is for C-TRAC to be a multidimensional and flexible system that could potentially facilitate processes for RCL team members (and maintain records) throughout their employee life cycle. 2) What is the best web browser to use?

Answer: The best web browser to use is the latest version of Firefox. 3) How do I check the status of my application?

Answer: You can check the status of your application on the home page under “Status” 4) Can I apply for multiple positions?

Answer: Yes, you can and we encourage you apply for as many positions you feel you qualify for.

Please keep in mind that once you are contacted by one of our coordinators and you are being considered for a position, you will not be able to apply for another position at that time. 5) Why do I have to fill out the skills section?

Answer: We encourage you to take the time to complete the Skills section and select all skills you might have. Entering the right skills set will be extremely beneficial to matching you with the perfect job opportunity.

6) Why do you ask for my email address?

Answer: Once you are being considered for a position, we will communicate with you through emails. This is why when registering in C-TRAC, you are obligated to enter your email address in order for us to be able to reach out to you.
