Participated in commissioning of four Blast Furnaces and recommissioned the furnace after capital repairs and after relining.
Worked in three projects from Green field stage to commissioning.
Blowing out furnace for relining through salamandar.
External De-sulphurisation of hot metal in Ladle to reduce the sulpher levels in HM to 0.015%.
Blown down BF to tuyere level to carryout capital repairs and restarted furnace successfully.

Associated with M/sShyamgroup, Shyam Metalics & Energy limited, as General Manager Blast furnace and Sinter Plant.
Played lead role in finalising the project with Chinese company M/s.MEPC. 450m3 Blast furnace with PCI @ 150-189 kg/thm and 75m2 sinter plant to produce @1350 MT of pig iron in Indian conditions and available raw material quality. April 2013 to January 2014.

Worked for VSL steels ltd, Karnataka, as GM (BF).Solely responsible for Entire BF Operations.232m3 furnace with MECON design. Sinter plant project Partially completed. Overcame all design problems and improved yield. Nov2004toMay2009
Worked with VISASTEELLtd.,as Divisional Manager BF. Lead the entire BF team.(H.O.D). Solely responsible for entire BF Operations. 250m3 furnace with 100% lump ore charging. A successful team member which commissioned the furnace in 11 months right from the Greenfield. Taken active part in project as well as commissioning.

Worked for Sesa Industries(formly known as Sesa Goa )as F\c In charge. The pioneer in MBF in India having 2x173m3.Participated in three times blowing out and blowing-in Operation .Achieved lot of success while doing in house developments. Participated in reviving the furnace when got chilled.

Worked for SISCOL as F\c in-charge at Pottaneri–Tamilnadu. Participated in erection of furnace, stoves and GCP and commissioning of BF of 350m3 Chineese (CERIS) technology.

Worked for Midwest Iron and Steel, Dusi, Andhra Pradesh, as production supervisor. During this period participated in erection of MBP (Mettalic Blast Preheater) and commissioned the same
