ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

●Prepare the daily reports and sent to the customer

●Prepare the site dash board documents like quality indicator, performance indicator

●Prepare Quality Inspection check sheet for incoming, in process & finished components, and subassemblies

●Conducting the Quality related activities such as product audit, process audit at each stage of manufacturing.

●Monitoring the process like poke yoke verification, CLIT follow up, CMM follow up, Tool change verification

●To ensure the non-conformity area like rejection and rework part verification

●Shift planning, manpower handling and work instruction preparation

●Setting part approve and monitoring the abnormality

●Working with production operators, production leaders and other technical support staff in hands-on troubleshooting of technical problems

●Preparation of rejection & rework analysis by using Q.C. tools.

●Maintain notes, drawings and other documentation (like engineering drawings, bill of materials, list of design parameters, shop floor procedures) for future reference

●Continuously checking dimensions on line product as per Quality check sheets, for the fabrication and machined parts

●Drives and manage Non-Conforming materials with Material Review Board (MRB) process

●Improve the process and reduce the internal and external PPM

●Monitoring the complaints and preparing the containment action, corrective action, root cause analysis
