DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervised and executed ongoing construction activities according to the drawing. Responsible for management of material and allocation of manpower on site. Pre-Planned the work activities prior to its construction for the following week. Read about the technical data sheet for each finishing material and giving instruction to workers before use the material
Coordinated with Quality Inspectors to check the ongoing construction quality status and development.
Resolved real time problems in site relating to construction and its quality aspects. Estimated the quantity of materials, manpower by analyzing the IFC drawing. Study of drawings, specifications and provide technical clearance to subordinates such as site engineers/site foremen.
Status of the construction in the following week, required manpower and materials. Resolve complex issues & provide technical solution at the site. Supervise the all sub structure, super structure like concreting, brick work, plastering, painting, finishing work.
Verification of detailed design packages ensuring compliance with International, IS standards. Plan & manage the activities of substructure (Excavation, compaction, testing, bar bending schedule)
Perform safety instructions as prescribed by set safety manuals Supervising project/site team
Make sure at the site that all the Plans are implemented properly at the Project. Provide professional support to the resident engineer, helping to ensure high quality service delivery and a co-ordinate response to clients.
Follow up with consultant for material/subcontractors submittal and approval on time in coordination with main office QA/QC section
