I am presently a Senior Project Manager/Executive with a history as a Senior Project Manager, Senior Project Superintendent and Owner’s Representative exclusively building NYC high-rise, multi-million dollar affordable housing developments as well as projects estimated and managed into the tens to hundreds of millions of dollars.

With over thirty years’ experience in the construction industry I have mastered negotiating, navigating and creating relationships with major heads of all critical and essential New York City building agencies inclusive of DEP, DEC, DOB, DOT, OER, ECB, NYC Parks, FDNY, NYCT, MTA, etc. as well as federal, state and other agencies and all utilities inclusive of Con Edison, PSE&G, National Grid, Optimum/Altice, Time Warner, etc.

I am proud to say that I have worked with many of the finest and most noted architects, engineers, consultants, general contractors and developers in the industry while establishing and building long-standing relationships with these well-respected industry leaders. In addition, I have run voluminous crews of union and non-union employees, tradesmen and sub-contractors while building out my many projects. The majority of my projects have been in New York City, New York.

Further, I am proud to say that I have also renovated historical buildings in Manhattan, high-end residential homes, townhouses and apartments as well as built senior citizen planned residential condominium communities on Long Island, Connecticut and Manhattan, built, out-of-the-ground, commercial projects for various of the North Shore Long Island Jewish hospitals/medical facilities, various of the Walgreen's, CVS, GNC stores, commercial offices and office buildings, educational institutions and much more.

I have worked with the finest environmental, geotechnical, structural, M.E.P. and civil engineers to build all type of construction projects from commercial retail to restaurants to high end custom residential to affordable high rise housing. Careful and meticulous planning and coordination of the infrastructure at the pre-construction phases have led to the successful outcomes of these projects.
