JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Conduct Material Receiving Inspection as per Purchase Order &

Project Specifications / Requirements.

Review Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) for the required inspection requirements

such as Hold Point, Witness Point and Review for any relevant activities and its

necessary applicable forms such as installation checklist and test reports.

Field Inspection of Structural Installation, Bolt Tightening, Alignment etc.

Verification of Structural members for their correct installation with reference to their item number in the drawing and Tag number in the structure.

Follow up of Inspection, rising of RFI with documents correctly filled and attached.

Final Alignment Inspection and Hand over of structures for further activities.

Review of Specifications, ITP, and ISOs for updating revisions, and keep the activities are done as per the updated revised documents.

Attending repair works and documenting the same, if required Conducting Inspection of the same with client.

Compilation all Inspection documents in order for final handing over of the same.

Inspect all the daily activities to ensure that the jobs are being carried out as per the Project Quality requirements.

For any deviation form the Quality requirements, inform the Construction to correct the same, if not issue Surveillance or NCR depending on the severity of the violation with CAR.

Issue Positive surveillance and Preventive Action Reports to make understand about the requirements in the Project specifications, ISO drawings, Governing Codes and Standards and Local Regulations.
