Consolidated Contractors Company CCC KSA - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia 3D printing for a demo house utilizing CyBe robotic arm. Built the first livable 3D printed House in the Middle East.

The project was a to design and construct a 78 m2 villa prototype with 3d printed walls using a robotic arm (CyBe Netherlands) with cast in situ slab on grade and hollow core roof slabs with up to date finishing and furnishing.

Execute and monitor the overall construction on site.

Implemented and developed the 3D printing technology throughout lessons learned and close by monitoring of the process.

Aid in the design process and come out with practical solutions for clashes and method statements for the new activities •Monitoring the printing process starting from the cement mix design, 3D modelling and slicing, robot setup and arm calibration up to the concrete pouring.

Managed all of the finishing and furnishing works.

Held responsibility for the two substation buildings in the package; A 1300 m2 building consisting of precast wall panels and Double T slabs, 9m high cast in Situ walls, and a total of 3000 m3 of concrete pouring.

Achieved the final handover to Aramco as per scheduled date.

Finishing works including block work and plastering, water proofing system, gypsum board and insulation, internal and external paint, epoxy paints and tile works.

Execution of foundations for steel structure and oil tanks from excavation to concrete works and anchor bolt installation up to back-filling. In addition to manhole works including pouring, placing grouting and testing.
